The story of Accursed revolves around Mortu'us Lull, a secret village settled by a community of people with magical curses. They have come together to try and lead normal lives, but they can't seem to stop complaining or competing with each other for sympathy. When not bemoaning their own terrible situations, they work on prying secrets out of Ardra, a mysterious settler who refuses to play their games.
